Voltarum Mini PC Guide

About Voltarum Mini PC Guide

Voltarum Mini PC Guide helps you choose a small computer for a specific job: a mini PC, a renewed 1-litre business PC, a Mac mini, a Raspberry Pi or one of its alternatives.

Most buying guides rank these machines by benchmark scores. At home the questions are different:

  • Will it do the job? Home Assistant, a Plex or Jellyfin server, Proxmox, a router, a NAS or a desktop each need different things: ports, drive slots, RAM or a video engine.
  • Will it run quietly, 24/7, without a big power bill?
  • How much tinkering will it take? A Raspberry Pi and an Orange Pi have very different software stories.

So every device page shows what it is good for, with the reasons taken from its specifications, and a clear line between facts, rule-based verdicts and our opinion.

What we cover

  • Mini PCs with Intel N-series, Intel Core, AMD Ryzen and Apple chips, and renewed 1-litre business PCs.
  • Single-board computers: Raspberry Pi, Orange Pi, Radxa, FriendlyElec, ZimaBoard and others.
  • The processors inside them, with their video engines.

For running AI models at home there is a separate guide on the same site family.
